Join Amy McPhee and Susan De Lorenzo for a lovely Sunday evening at Seven Arrows Farm in Seekonk, MA. We’ll begin with yoga and meditation and then create a vision for our lives that lights us up, learning mindsets and tools to sustain us as we go. We’ll close with a delicious vegetarian meal.
